To whom it may concern,

I am writing in reference to the dealings I have had in the past couple of days with Liz.
I sent through an email last week (Fri 13.08.10) regarding a mis-delivery of shoes ordered from your fabulous website – the issue was with courierpost and has turned into a he said she said.

I received a call from Liz in less than half an hour of me hitting the send button, advising that she will look into it with courierpost and will see what she can do regarding the shoes. She also informed me that the shoes I had ordered were such a great buy that they are no longer available in the size I had originally ordered, but would see what alternatives you had or offered a refund. She then advised that she will follow-up with courierpost to see if it can be sorted on the same day.

She then called later on in the afternoon to advise me that she had no luck getting any information from courierpost and re-assured me that she is still looking into it for me.
Yesterday she phoned through, advising that she can’t make any sense of the situation from Courierpost and nobody seems to know anything about it. She was very empathetic and apologised for the inconvenience – even though it was no fault of hers or RoyalT that the delivery never made it to my address. She then advised that she has managed to source an alternative shoe and will arrange to get them sent over for me ASAP.

I have received the delivery today and am very happy with the alternative I have received.

Being a Team Leader in a customer service centre means that I have very high expectations about the type of customer service I receive. I would like you to know that the customer service provided by Liz was above and beyond all expectations and I wouldn’t have any qualms about dealing with her again! She made me feel at ease about the situation (considering the shoes were a birthday present) and kept me informed at all times.

This is a big thank you for your wonderful service.

Last week I called to say that a pair of gumboots that I had puchased for my grandson had split down the side. The lady who I spoke to advised that she would send me a courier ticket and that I was to send the boots back and she would see if these were still in stock and if so would send me a new pair or refund my money. The courier ticket arrived, on Wednesday I posted the boots back on Thursday and this morning Monday I received a pair of new boots.

This is what I call awesome customer service as all this was done within 7 days and no fuss at all.
I am so impressed with you service that I will be singing your praises to all in sundry.

I just want to let you know I discovered your site through Google... I hadn't heard of you so was curious to check it out. What a fantastic site! I was thrilled to discover such an international standard of quality for an online store in New Zealand, from what I've seen and experienced you guys have done everything right. The product range is fantastic, the information, multiple images and size information is brilliant and the service was second to none - I ordered at 11am yesterday, had a dispatch email from courier post at 3.43pm yesterday and the shoes were on my desk when I came in this morning at 8.30am brilliant!
