Delivery

Our ambition is to make your delivery service as quick and hassle-free as possible.

All New Zealand orders are delivered via CourierPost. The Track & Trace details of your order will also be emailed to you once your package has been picked up and scanned by the courier. Orders are only processed on normal business days.

Please note: We are unable to make alterations or additions to your online order once we have sent confirmation.

All orders are sent using a non-signature service. We recommend you choose a delivery address where someone will be home, or a place of business. Shoe Connection and Courier Post do not accept responsibility for non-signature items lost or stolen from the delivery site.

Standard Delivery:
We offer a $7.50 flat rate shipping fee nationwide when you select our Standard Delivery service.

Same Day Delivery:
We offer Same Day Delivery for $15 if your order is placed before the final time for your area. Orders must be placed before 11.30am for Auckland & Christchurch and before 4pm for Wellington and will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm. Same Day Delivery is available Monday through to Friday, but is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Delivery:
New Zealand customers selecting the Standard Delivery Service can expect to receive their order within 2-3 working days from the time they received their confirmation email.

Rural deliveries can expect delivery within 3-7 working days.

Same Day Delivery:
New Zealand customers opting for Same Day Delivery within the eligible areas can expect to receive their order the same day between 6pm and 9pm, if their order is placed before 11.30am for Auckland & Christchurch and 4pm for Wellington.

Same Day Delivery is available Monday through to Friday, but is not available on weekends or public holidays.

We offer Same Day Delivery for $15 in selected areas of New Zealand, to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Same Day Delivery is currently available to customers in the Wellington, Auckland & Christchurch regions. Orders must be placed before 11.30am for Auckland & Christchurch and before 4pm for Wellington. Orders placed before these times on weekdays will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm.

Same Day Delivery is available Monday through to Friday, but is not available on weekends or public holidays.
