Our ambition is to make your
delivery service as quick and hassle-free as possible.
All New Zealand orders are
delivered via CourierPost. The Track & Trace details of your order will
also be emailed to you once your package has been picked up and scanned by the
courier. Orders are only processed on normal business days.
Please note: We are unable to
make alterations or additions to your online order once we have sent
All orders are sent using a
non-signature service. We recommend you choose a delivery address where someone
will be home, or a place of business. Shoe Connection and Courier Post do not
accept responsibility for non-signature items lost or stolen from the delivery
Standard delivery: We offer a $7.50 flat rate shipping fee nationwide when you select our Standard Delivery service.
Priority delivery: We offer priority shipping (next business day delivery) for $12.50 per order. Payment must be received before 2pm Monday through to Thursday. Priority Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: We cannot offer
next day delivery on Friday orders. If you place your order with priority
delivery before 2pm on a Friday it will be processed and arrive with you before
end of day Monday. If you place your order with priority delivery on a Saturday
or Sunday it will be processed Monday and arrive with you Tuesday. Overnight
delivery to rural New Zealand addresses is not possible.
When can I expect delivery?
New Zealand customers selecting
the Standard Delivery Service can expect to receive their order within 2-5
working days from the time they received their confirmation email.
Rural deliveries can expect
delivery within 3-7 working days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we can! We deliver to most international destinations by special order. Please contact us here with your city, postcode and details of the shoe/s you are querying about to receive more info.
Please note: The quoted shipping price does not cover any receiver/import fees/taxes/duties that may be required in your country.
