    I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

  • Returns at Shoe Connection are simple and stress-free. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your online order, we will happily accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when you receive them. As long as the products are in the condition you received them and in their original shoe box/packaging, you are qualified for a full refund. Check out our Returns Policy here.
