Returns at Shoe Connection are simple and stress-free. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your online order, we will happily accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when you receive them. As long as the products are in the condition you received them and in their original shoe box/packaging, you are qualified for a full refund. Check out our Returns Policy here.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Depending on which delivery option you choose, Standard (2-5 days) or Priority (next business day), your order will be delivered as soon as possible. For more information view our Delivery Policy here.
NZ Standard Delivery: We offer a $7.50 flat rate shipping fee nationwide when you select our Standard Delivery service.
NZ Same Day Delivery:We offer Same Day Delivery for $15 if your order is placed
before the final time for your area. Same Day Delivery is available Monday
through to Friday, but is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Australian Standard Delivery: We offer a $12 flat rate shipping fee nationwide when you select our Standard Delivery service for Australia.

does not offer pre orders or back orders but we are happy to take your details
and notify you if we receive new deliveries of an out of stock item.

Shoe Connection works diligently
to protect the security of your personal information, including all credit card
information. Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted
through Shoe Connection’s website; all transactions are processed via a secure
payment service provider Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). All transaction
sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings. Your credit card
details are not held by Shoe Connection and cannot be accessed by Shoe

US, EU or UK sizes. Check out our size converter here. We have included information within the description of each
shoe if there are certain or unique fitting differences. If you have any
