Returns at Shoe Connection are simple and stress-free. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your online order, we will happily accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when you receive your order. As long as the products are in the condition you received them and in their original show box/packaging, you qualify for a full refund - it's as simple as that!

Returning and exchanging your order
Ensure your purchase is in the condition you received them in and with the original and undamaged packaging.
Fill out the Returns & Exchanges Form that came with your delivery. If you want to exchange for a different size, colour or product, fill out the details on the form.
Using a carton or courier bag, package the product and send off via traceable courier. Please ensure you have used adequate packaging so that it is not damaged in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our online depot.
Provided that you have returned your order within 30 days of receiving it in its original condition and packaging, your money will be refunded processed through the same tender as the original purchase. Just ensure you have filled out your Returns & Exchanges form and that the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please note: Any shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and exchanges
In-store exchanges and refunds
Exchange requests are available through our retail stores but will require additional processing which can take a bit longer. Unfortunately online refunds are not available in-store at the moment.
Store Credit/Gift Card
Alternatively, we can issue you a credit note or gift card if you’d like to purchase something from Shoe Connection at a later date. This credit note or gift card can be used to purchase anything from our Shoe Connection retail stores but are currently not redeemable online. If you have a valid Shoe Connection Gift Card and would like to place an order please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 769 258 and we will be able to help.
Repairs or faulty goods
In the event that the item you have purchased is faulty, we will try our hardest to have it repaired or replaced. If you notice a fault, do not hesitate to contact our online Shoe Connection team.
If the returned product has a manufacturing fault that can be repaired, we will arrange for the repair at our expense. If the product has no warranty or the fault is caused through fair wear and tear, Shoe Connection can get the product repaired at the customers request, however the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer. If the product returned has a manufacturing fault that cannot be repaired or replaced, Shoe Connection will offer a full refund or store credit (including return postage charges).
